What this role looks like
Reporting to the Managing Director and Operations Manager, you’ll begin with dedicated training from our long-standing Art Director, who has shaped Sketch Corp’s creative standard for more than a decade. As you settle into our clients and way of working, you’ll step into a genuine leadership role – taking creative ownership of their visual direction and guiding the delivery of brand identities, print and digital assets, website designs and campaign creative.
Sketch Corp is a high-performing remote agency, and while we work from different locations, collaboration sits at the centre of our culture. We meet regularly in Brisbane, share thinking openly and move at a high pace. You’ll switch between multiple brands and project types each day, so the ability to pivot while maintaining accuracy and consistency is essential. We don’t have tolerance for repeated rework – our team and clients expect more. Every member of Sketch Corp is known for excellence, care and genuine pride in their craft.
In this role, you’ll need to stand confidently behind your work – and have the experience to present and justify your thinking to clients – while not being precious about it. Feedback, both internal and client, is part of our process, and the ability to take on constructive input with professionalism, openness and a solutions-focused mindset is essential.
