Dalmeny State

Dalmeny Springs Estate is an exciting new residential project in the south Brisbane suburb of Algester (close to Sunnybank Hills and Calamvale). With the site still at pre-construction stage, our team was engaged to develop a name, visual identity and sales brochure for the project. We proposed a subtly bright and optimistic aesthetic that would attract both the lucrative Chinese target market and Australian first home buyers and investors.
